TAKE NOTICE that on December 19, 2025, Robert Gary Yarbrogh, Petitioner, did file in the Superior Court of Effingham County, Georgia, a petition to quiet title against the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 10th G.M. District, Effingham County, Georgia, containing Nine (9) acres, more or less. This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Laura A. Anderson by deed dated March 26, 1918, and recorded in aforesaid records in Deed Book 54, page 507. As described in Deed Book 2861, page 13, Effingham County records. Further described as Map & Parcel 03190010. MORE RECENTLY SERVEYED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 10th G.M. District, Effingham County, Georgia, containing Six and Eighty-Three Hundredths (6.83) acres, more or less, as shown on plat of survey by Eason Land Surveying, dated October 20, 2025, and recorded in Plat Book 30, page 219, Effingham County records. Further described as Map & Parcel 03190010 This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Laura A. Anderson by deed dated March 26, 1918, and recorded in aforesaid records in Deed Book 54, page 507. SUBJECT TO: restrictions, easements, covenant & rights-of-way, if any.
