Jaeckel, Petitioners, did file in the Superior Court of Effingham County, Georgia, a petition to quiet title against the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 10th G.M. District, Effingham County, Georgia, containing Nine (9) acres, more or less. This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Helen Anderson by deed dated March 10, 1949, and recorded in aforesaid records in Deed Book 107, page 93. As described in Deed Book 102, page 403, Effingham County records. Further described as Map & Parcel 03190009. MORE RECENTLY SURVEYED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 10th G.M. District, Effingham County, Georgia, containing Six and Eighty-Three Hundredths (6.83) acres, more or less, being known as Lot 4B, as shown on plat of survey by Eason Land Surveying, dated October 20, 2025, and recorded in Plat Book 30, page 219, Effingham County records. Further described as Map & Parcel 03190009. SUBJECT TO: All valid restrictions, easements, covenants & rights-of-way of record. This Notice is published pursuant to an order of publication dated May 8, 2026.
