The Effingham County Engineering Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Stanley Martin Hugh's Tract intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Midland Rd and Zittrouer Rd. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along the St. Augustine Creek, St. Augustine Creek Trib 1, St. Augustine Creek Trib 2, and Trib 2 from a point approximately 10 ft downstream of Midland Rd to a point approximately 10 ft downstream of Zittrouer Rd. As a result of the revision, the floodplain will be established, the 1-percent annual-chance water-surface elevations shall be established, the 1% annual chance floodplain will be established within the area of revision.
