CITY OF RINCON NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Public is hereby notified that on July 13, 2026 at 6:30 pm at 107 West 17th Street at Council Chambers, the Mayor and City Council, respectively, will hold a public hearing and review the following: Proposed amendments to the City of Rincon Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), specifically Chapter 1 (General Provisions), Chapter 2 (Definitions), Chapter 3 (Development Regulations), Chapter 4 (Parking and Streets), Chapter 5 (Signs), Chapter 6 (Development Review), and Chapter 9 (Maintenance & Enforcement). The complete text of the proposed amendments is on file at Rincon City Hall, 302 S. Columbia Avenue, and may be viewed by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
