PUBLIC NOTICE Abandoned Vehicles Notice This is to inform the public that the following abandoned vehicles are located at Diesel Power Solutions LLC, 430 Hodgeville Rd, Guyton, GA 31312. 1. 2003 Ford Excursion VIN: 1FMSU45P13EB96124 2. 2016 Volvo VNL VIN: 4V4NC9EHXGN936404 3. 2012 Freightliner Cascadia VIN: 1FUJGLDR5CSBS8930 Attempts to contact the owners of these vehicles have been made for over 120 days with no response. According to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System, no ownership could be established for the 2003 Ford Excursion. However, ownership and lienholder information has been identified for both the 2016 Volvo VNL and the 2012 Freightliner Cascadia. Both owners and lienholders have been notified regarding the status of these vehicles. To date, there has been no response from the parties involved for over 41 days. In accordance with applicable state laws, this notice serves as a final attempt to resolve the status of these vehicles. If no response is received from the involved parties within the next 10 days, Diesel Power Solutions LLC will proceed with the necessary legal actions regarding the disposal or sale of these vehicles.
