Public Notice The City of Springfield Mayor and City Council and City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearing on May 26, 2026 beginning at 6:00pm. Public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items: 1. Request for Annexation and Rezoning two (2) parcels of land near Ebenezer Rd and Entrepreneur Way comprising of approximately 9.44 acres of land from County Zoning Designation of AR-1 to Springfield Zoning Designation of B-1: 667 Ebenezer Rd (Parcel 446-41), 120 Entrepreneur Way (Parcel 446-47). 2. Request for Annexation and Rezoning of seven (7) parcels of land near GA Hwy 119 and Wilder Rd comprising of approximately 116.87 acres from County Zoning Designation of AR-1 to Springfield Zoning Designation of PUD: 0 Hwy 119 S (Parcel 344-3B01), 0 Hwy 119 S (Parcel 344-3b04), 181 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-4), 0 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-2) 0 Hwy 119 S ((Parcel 344-3b03), 225 Wilder Rd (Parcel 344-3A), and 1030 Hwy 119 S ((Parcel344-3). Any interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearings to speak for or against these items.
