The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on April 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm. The above-mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items: 1. Request for Conditional Use to operate a Restaurant at 116 N. Laurel St, Unit B. Property zoning of DT "Downtown", Parcel ID S102-35A. 2. Request for Special Exemption from the Zoning Ordinance regarding a front setback reduction at 216 Deer Rd. Property zoning of R-1, Parcel ID S122-35. 3. Request for a Variance from B-1 Minimum Front Setbacks at 303 N. Pine St. Property zoning of B-1, Parcel ID S101-30. 4. Request for Conditional Use for Vehicle Service and Towing with Impound Storage Yard at 1060 S. Laurel Street , Property Zoning B-1, Parcel ID S110-4C.
