AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR INTEGERITY FIRST FINANCIAL GROUP, INC, dated May 25, 2016, recorded May 31, 2016, in Deed Book 2349, Page 733, Effingham County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Ninety-Seven Thousand Ten and 00/100 dollars ($97,010.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Effingham County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 10th G.M. Grantor declares that the wheels, axles, and hitches have been removed and that the mobile home is connected to the utilities. Grantor intends that the mobile home lose its nature as personal property and become real property. Said mobile home shall be hereafter considered a permanent fixture on the realty and hereforth title to said mobile home shall be considered as merges with title to the realty. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed.
