All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Columbia Ave. W. 5th St. Dead End Columbia Ave. Williams St. Tyler St. Rahn St. E. 9th St. GA Hwy 21 Wendell Ave. Electronic bid documents and specifications are available at EMC Engineering Services, Inc., 27 Chatham Center South Drive, Suite A, Savannah, Georgia 31405, (912) 232-6533 for a deposit of $50.00. All bidders should attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Rincon City Hall, located at 302 S. Columbia Avenue. The scope of the project, scheduling, coordination, requirements, minority participation, and questions from prospective bidders will be addressed at this time. The City of Rincon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
