DISTRICT OF EFFINGHAM COUNTY. GEORGIA, KNOWN AS LOTS NUMBERS TWELVE (12) AND THIRTEEN (13) IN THE METZGER AND JAUDON SUBDIVISION OF SAID TOWN OF CLYO: SAID TWO LOTS EACH HAVING DIMENSIONS OF EIGHTY BY ONE HUNDRED (80' X 100') FEET, LYING CONTIGUOUS IN ONE BODY AND AS A WHOLE BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY A 50 FOOT STREET; ON THE EAST BY AN UNNAMED STREET; ON THE SOUTH BY LOT FOURTEEN (14) IN SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ON THE WEST BY CAROLL AVENUE LANE.
