CITY OF RINCON NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Public is hereby notified that on January 12, 2026 at 6:30 pm at 107 West 17th Street at Council Chambers, the Mayor and City Council, respectively, will hold a public hearing and review the following: Proposed amendments to the City of Rincon Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), specifically Chapter 2 (Definitions), Chapter 3 (Development Regulations) and Chapter 4 (Parking and Streets). The complete text of the proposed amendments is on file at Rincon City Hall, 302 S. Columbia Avenue, and may be viewed by the public between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
