SS 36-37-6, that the City of Rincon, Georgia, proposes to exchange real property with Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County, Inc. The properties proposed to be exchanged are as follows: * A .683-acre parcel owned by Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County, Inc., being Parcel ID R2060062A00; and * A .462-acre parcel owned by the City of Rincon, being Parcel ID R206-7A. This notice is given in compliance with the laws of the State of Georgia regarding the exchange of real property by municipal corporations.
