McCloud and Shatera Johnson, joint tenants with rights of survivorship, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Grantee, as nominee for Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership, its successors and assigns, said security instrument being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Effingham County, Georgia on March 9, 2022 in Book 2768 at Page 950-970 as Instrument Number D2022002429, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $223,870.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Effingham County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2025, the following described property: All That Certain Lot, Tract, or Parcel of Land Situate, Lying and Being in Guyton, 10th G.M. District, Effingham County, Georgia and Designated as Lot 1 on that Certain Plat Prepared by Michael A. Hussey Grls # 2509 Datedd March 19, 2021 and Entitled "Dilmus Jackson Street Minor Subdivision Survey" and Recorded in Deed Books 29 Page 32 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court Of Effingham County, Georgia Records. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
