Powell, payable, with principal and interest as described in the Note, at the rate of interest as described in the Note, on the unpaid balance until paid. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and evidenced by said Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable and the total balance of the debt is therefore declared due and the Deed to Secure Debt foreclosable according to the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt and the Note.
