AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR SWBC MORTGAGE CORP., dated October 31, 2022, recorded October 31, 2022, in Deed Book 2816, Page 797-807, at Instrument Number D2022010795, Effingham County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven and 00/100 dollars ($74,277.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to SWBC Mortgage Corporation, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Effingham County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2025, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 10TH G.M. DISTRICT, EFFINGHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 89, BARRISTER CROSSING SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, THAT IS SHOWN AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY THE PLAT OF SURVEY MADE BY WARREN E.
