INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received for Grande View Access Road in the office of Hussey Gay Bell, until 3:30 P.M. (Local Time) on Monday May 5, 2025 at which time they will be received but not publicly opened and read. The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: Gravel access road adjacent to the Sewon facility located at the Grande View Industrial Park in Rincon, Georgia. Work will consist of clearing, grading, paving, and drainage. The Plans and Specifications are available for inspection at the office of Hussey Gay Bell Consulting Engineers, 329 Commercial Drive, Savannah, Georgia. All questions concerning the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents should be directed to Hunter Whitfield via electronic mail ( hwhitfield@husseygaybell.com ). In accordance with State of Georgia Code Section 43-14-8.2(h), the low bidder must furnish prof that they have a Utility Contractor's License before a contract will be executed.
