AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR CITYWORTH MORTGAGE LLC, dated December 9, 2019, recorded December 10, 2019, in Deed Book 2561, Page 342-357, Effingham County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and 00/100 dollars ($218,960.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Effingham County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2024, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 9TH G.M.
